A: Base on your preference, your driver will meet you at the baggage claim (Inside) or will pick you up curbside (Outside). For inside pick up there is a surcharge of $10 plus parking.
A: Credit card information is taken only for the proposal of making a reservation, we charge the service once is complete; never before.
A: For arrival services that we are doing curbside is necessary have a cell phone for obvious reasons, for the other services you can use home/work phone.
A: Once you make a reservation online, email, text (914-760-3667) or with dispatch team (914-NIZANYC 914-649-2692), we send you a reservation confirmation shortly by email.
